I am Roslin working in the Finishing department. I have been at Evolv for the last three years. I joined as a checker and now I can manage all other operations in the department as well. My supervisor has trained and developed me for that. I am from a Below Poverty Line family and my husband was finding it difficult to balance the finances. We were not able to educate our children. But now, through my job, I am supporting my spouse and we are able to educate our children in an English medium school. We have been residing in a thatched house. Now we are constructing a concrete house and it will get completed within the next year.
