Spotlight on our Embroidery Unit: With two in-house setups, a 6 head machine for sampling and a 20 head machine for bulk production, we are going in full swing this week! Running at a speed of 700RPM, the threads used for embroidery can go upto 37.5 Tex / 80 Tkt.

We have moved to using paper reinforcement tapes that are anti-pilferage, made of multilayer paper and reinforced with water activated glue. They are tamper-proof and more sustainable than the traditional printed plastic packaging tapes.
